In the climate in China, geographical features and natural resources have affected the formation of food, thus affecting the emergence of different dishes. The northern side of China, Beijing is mainly fed with wheat, rice and seafood.
Dim Sum
This dish is similar to the dish they called me (ravioli) that I ate on my trip to Turkey, then after a short research I learned that it was a dish that originated from the Asian continent and spread to the present day. It is shaped by putting meat or vegetables in the dough and cooked in steam.
Ramen Soup
Our next meal, Ramen Soup, is actually a nodle dish. Chicken breast fillet is stuffed into soup bowls with peppers, spring onions and mushrooms. The chicken broth is boiled again and flavored with soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar. Node is added. Enjoy your meal.
Miso Soup
We are here with a new soup recipe. Miso soup is actually a traditional Japanese soup prepared by mixing miso sauce. But it has been made unique to China. Vegetables (tomato, pepper, mint) are added and marinated with miso sauce.
