Lebanese Cuisine: Falafel

In Moroccan cuisine, a soup comes from its name, Harira. The soup of Harira, Moroccan and Algeria is popular as a traditional North African dish Starter. but it is consumed alone as a light snack. There are many varieties and it is mostly made during Ramadan (the holy time of Muslims). throughout the year.
